Each AI smart store is 30.5 inches wide, 36.7 inches deep, and 79.6 inches tall — roughly thirty-six inches of wall and a hair under seven feet of height. Most lobbies place a single unit; larger venues often add a second side-by-side. We'll confirm exact fit on the walkthrough.
One standard 115V outlet is all we need. The machine draws about 4 kWh every 24 hours — less than a small refrigerator — and every smart store has a sleep mode that dims the lights and cycles the compressor down during quiet hours, so it's not running full-power all the time. No Wi-Fi required — every machine ships with built-in multi-carrier cellular data. You never have to put us on your network, open a firewall port, or involve your IT team.
Luma Vend handles every restock. Sensors inside each smart store track inventory in real time — we're alerted the moment stock gets low, and we come by before your guests notice. No fixed schedule, no unnecessary visits. We run a personalized Orange County route, not a 3rd-party carrier — so you'll always know who's stepping onto your property, and when.

Yes. The HD display at the base of each smart store is fully brandable — we can run your property logo, a welcome message, or seasonal promotions for your guests. Co-branding is available for qualifying venues at no cost.
Yes. Every smart store is ADA-certified and meets the relevant accessibility standards.
30 or 60 days' notice — your choice at signing — either side, no fees, no questions. We remove the machine and restore the space within a week. If your guests don't use it, we don't want it there either — so this clause serves both of us.
